Questions farmers ask
Real questions from the partner counter and our WhatsApp line — answered honestly, without the marketing voice.
Start with the goal: better milk yield, faster weight gain, recovery after calving, or general health. Then check the product page for the life-stage. If you're still not sure, call your nearest authorised partner — they're trained to ask the right questions and point you to the right pack. For clinical issues, ask the partner to refer you to a vet.
For mineral and vitamin supplements like Vita Feed Gold or Vita Feed Biscuit, most farmers report visible improvement in coat, feed intake and activity within 2-3 weeks of consistent use. For weight gain, expect to track real change over a full fattening cycle (12-18 months) using monthly weigh-ins, not eyeball estimates. For recovery products, the window is much shorter — usually within a week.
Yes, when used as directed for the right life-stage. Every product label shows which stages it is suitable for, and every formulation is reviewed by the CVASU advisory board before launch. For specific clinical situations or unusual herds, talk to your vet first — we are happy to share full technical data with them.
Yes. We publish recommended retail prices and our authorised partners stick to them. If you're being charged significantly more, please let us know — that partner is not an authorised Agro Care partner, or there's a problem we'd like to fix.
Yes — visit our Knowledge Hub for short, field-tested guides on cattle fattening, mastitis prevention, monsoon care, and product use. Each one takes under five minutes. New farmers tend to start with "Cattle fattening: best practices" and the seasonal calendar.
