  1. When can I reach you?

    Sunday through Thursday, 9 am to 6 pm Bangladesh time. WhatsApp messages are also read in the evenings and on weekends, though responses on those days are slower.

  2. How quickly do you respond to email?

    Within one working day. A real person reads every enquiry — no auto-replies, no marketing follow-up. If your message is urgent, call us or WhatsApp instead.

  3. I have a clinical or veterinary question. What is the fastest channel?

    Call the vet hotline directly at +880 1933 23. If it is outside working hours, send the question on WhatsApp with your phone number and a quick description; the clinical team usually replies the next working morning.

  4. I want to become a dealer. Where do I apply?

    Use the form at /dealers/apply. We work with one authorised partner per district — open districts and the application form are listed there. If your district isn't on the list, write to us anyway.

  5. I'm a journalist or analyst. Who do I contact?

    Email hello@agrocareanimal.com with "Press" in the subject and a brief description. We respond to press enquiries within one working day, including audit copies, founder biographies, and product data sheets.
