1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at https://agrocarebd.com (the "Site"), operated by Agro Care Animal Products ("Agro Care", "we", "us"), a company incorporated and operating under the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, with its principal place of business at Char Patharghata, Moizzartek, Chattogram, Bangladesh.

2. Governing law and jurisdiction

All product information, dosage guidance, usage instructions and field recommendations published on this Site are provided for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute veterinary advice and are not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment by a qualified veterinarian.

Our products are licensed by the Department of Livestock Services (DLS) of Bangladesh and must be used in accordance with applicable national legislation, including the Animal Feed Act 2010 and the Drug Act 1940 (as applicable to veterinary medicinal products).
