Audits, on the record.

Five certifications, three regulators, one ethic. We don’t certify our products — we certify the discipline by which we make them. Every audit scope is published. Every renewal is verifiable through the issuing body.

Scope · year · what it covers

Five credentials, in detail.

  1. ISO 9001:2015 certification mark

    01 · 2018

    ISO 9001:2015

Quality Management System · all manufacturing, R&D, distribution

ISO 9001:2015 is the international standard for quality management systems. It does not certify a product — it certifies the discipline by which a product is designed, produced, tested, documented, and improved.

Our scope covers every operational arm of the company: formulation R&D, raw-material intake, manufacturing, in-process and finished-goods testing, batch records, packaging, warehousing, dealer distribution, and post-market complaint handling. Annual surveillance audits are conducted by an accredited third-party registrar.

  2. GMP Certified certification mark

    02 · 2021

    GMP Certified

Good Manufacturing Practice · veterinary pharma manufacturing

GMP is the global standard for pharmaceutical and veterinary manufacturing. Audits inspect the physical plant, equipment qualification, environmental controls, staff training, batch-level traceability, and documentation.

Every Agro Care product is manufactured under GMP-audited conditions. Each batch has a unique number that ties back to raw-material lots, in-process test results, finished-product release, and shipment records.

  3. DLS Licensed certification mark

    03 · 2018

    DLS Licensed

Bangladesh DLS · veterinary product registration & manufacturing licence

The Department of Livestock Services issues product registrations and manufacturing licences for veterinary medicines in Bangladesh. Agro Care holds licences in DLS Category 1 (premix-form supplements) and Category 2 (specific therapeutic formulations).

Every Agro Care product carries its DLS registration number on the pack. The licence is renewed annually and is publicly verifiable through the DLS office in Dhaka.

  4. AHCAB Member certification mark

    04 · 2021

    AHCAB Member

Animal Health Companies Association of Bangladesh · industry membership

AHCAB is the industry association representing animal-health companies operating in Bangladesh. Membership requires manufacturing standards, ethics, and transparent dealer practices.

We have been an AHCAB member since 2021 and contribute to the association's advocacy on transparent labelling, dealer-network standards, and farmer education.

  5. WHO Aligned certification mark

    05 · Ongoing

    WHO Aligned

World Health Organization · Good Laboratory Practice alignment

WHO GLP standards govern the conduct of non-clinical safety and quality studies. Our QC laboratory is configured to GLP principles even though formal accreditation is not required for veterinary feed supplements.

Every batch we release has been tested in a lab whose procedures, staff training, equipment calibration, and documentation match international laboratory practice.

Issuing bodies

Our certifications are issued and audited by independent bodies. Verify any of them directly: ISO (International Organization for Standardization), the Bangladesh Department of Livestock Services, AHCAB, and the World Health Organization good-practice guidelines.

About our certifications

What each audit actually covers.

Buyers, inspectors and curious farmers all ask the same questions. Plain answers.

  1. What does ISO 9001:2015 actually certify?

It certifies the system, not the product. ISO 9001:2015 is the international standard for quality management — independent auditors examine our formulation, manufacturing, testing, batch documentation, dealer distribution and complaint handling. The certificate is renewed through annual surveillance audits. The full audit scope is on this page; the certificate copy is available on request.

  2. How is GMP different from ISO?

GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) is the global standard specifically for pharmaceutical and veterinary manufacturing. ISO 9001 looks at the quality system across the whole company; GMP inspects the physical plant, equipment qualification, environmental controls, staff training, batch-level traceability and documentation. We hold both, and both are audited annually.

  3. What does DLS Category 1 and Category 2 mean?

The Bangladesh Department of Livestock Services classifies veterinary products by formulation type. Category 1 covers premix-form supplements (vitamins, minerals). Category 2 covers specific therapeutic formulations. Every Agro Care product carries its DLS registration number on the pack, and the licence is renewed annually.

  4. What is AHCAB and why are you a member?

AHCAB (Animal Health Companies Association of Bangladesh) is the industry association representing animal-health companies in the country. Membership requires manufacturing standards, transparent dealer practices, and a code of ethics. We joined in 2021 and contribute to advocacy on transparent labelling, dealer-network standards, and farmer education.

  5. How can I verify your certifications?

Each certificate number on this page is independently verifiable through the issuing body. We're happy to send certificate copies on request — email hello@agrocareanimal.com with your name and reason, and we'll respond within one working day. Buyers placing tenders or due-diligence checks usually request the bundle.

  6. Are individual products tested or only the manufacturing system?

Both. The manufacturing system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and GMP. In addition, every batch passes through four QC gates: raw-material acceptance, in-process testing during manufacture, finished-product release testing, and stability monitoring. Each pack carries a lot number that resolves all four sets of records.
