When to use it

Real situations, real answers.

  • Late pregnancy (last 60-90 days)

Start at 60-90 days before expected calving. Calibrated to the cow's growing nutritional demand without driving fat deposition.

  • First 30 days post-calving

Continue for the first month after calving. Supports recovery, milk yield, and uterine involution.

Pregnabolite — common questions.

From dosing to storage to who it's right for — answered straight.

  1. When should I start Pregnabolite?

60-90 days before expected calving. If you missed that window, starting late is still valuable — the post-calving recovery effect is the strongest single benefit.

  2. How does it relate to Utrapar?

Pregnabolite is preventive — given before calving. Utrapar is corrective — used after calving for retained placenta or uterine issues. Many farms keep both.

  3. Can I use it for breeding bulls or heifers?

It's formulated specifically for pregnant cows. For bulls and heifers, Rapid Grow or Vita Feed Gold are more appropriate.
